Cocktail bartender at a restaurant/bar in the heart of Plymouth.

Assisting the Director throughout the creation of the Co-Pilots project, working with children across a range of ages from 11 schools whilst using co-creation as the focus of the project.

Our main venue, the Cheshire Tap, focussed mainly on beer and spirits, with 8 rotating craft ales. It had mainly older clientele mid-week with a younger crowd at the weekend, so we had to ensure that we could cater for both types of customer. Our second venue, Gin Can, started as a gin bar, then moving towards a more high-quality spirit and cocktail bar. It was slightly more professional than the Cheshire Tap, and became quite a popular date location once we pivoted towards cocktails. Our third venue, the Ivy League, was a private venue you could hire out before lockdown. This meant I had to be very adaptable depending on the crowd we had in at that particular event. After lockdown we just used it as a normal bar, serving the same drinks as the Cheshire Tap.

Assisting production on The Pizza Inspector by Above Bounds. Collecting media, creating a visual story for the project and assisting with accessibility requirements for the show.

Producing and Directing Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons by Sam Steiner for Flint and Steel Theatre as part of a theatre festival held by the University of Plymouth. This role was especially challenging due to the restrictions and precautions that were necessary to keep everyone safe due to Covid19.
