Started my career working directly with best-selling author and marketing leader, Seth Godin. Believe it or not...our office had Purple COWches. 🛋️🧪 As 1 of 6 full-time employees, I wore many hats and ran experiments constantly. 💻 I facilitated 200+ online events and conversations, including 4 virtual conferences with 3,500+ attendees and interviews with leaders including Simon Sinek, Bernadette Jiwa, Steven Pressfield, Sarah Jones, Natalie Nixon, Ramon Ray, and Alexandra DiPalma.🧙‍♀️ I built the first decentralized virtual conference of its kind (all about the audience instead of speakers)...called the Real Skills Conference in 2019 before virtual conferences were cool...and the only thing to do. Zoom's product team called me after to ask how the heck I managed to stream into 7 Zoom rooms at once. 💥 I'm most proud of the powerful 5-day online workshop I built for emerging leaders, ages 16-25. I managed the content, marketing, outreach, application process, training and managing of freelancers, and onboarding associated with this project. 📷 As a senior in college, I started working with Seth to build up his Instagram presence and "show up differently" on the platform. This resulted in a content calendar full of mini books, blog 'books', and podcast clips, as well as high-touch engagement voice notes in DMs. During my time managing Seth's Instagram account, his following grew by 208%. 🚀 I also established a brand presence for altMBA and Akimbo, creating graphics, writing copy, posting, and engaging with potential students.
