I was recruited to oversee the execution and delivery of dynamic project building of housing units in the Lower Mainland Region of British Columbia (BC), Canada. Managed various project functions across six initiatives including budget administration, contract management, communication, and requirements definitions. Facilitated monthly site meeting to drive project adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. Formulated underwriting concepts to present for approval to the executive leadership team.• Key contributor in the 100% successful delivery of 198 units on time and within budget through the enhancement of budget reporting.• Effectively delivered 27% completion on 733 new units in the Lower Mainland Region despite limited budgets, staffing shortfalls, and competing priorities.• Completed to first cargo container housing project in Canada.

Provided Congressional relationship development, and identified and tracked legislative issues impacting the organization’s area of business.

Led the development of, and formulated policy for, innovative programs assisting first-time homebuyers state-wide. Advanced work on housing policy issues affecting" low to moderate populations" with an emphasis on minority populations.
