1. Worked collaboratively within R&D team and interacted with external flavour house to adjust and deliver flavor performance for product development, modification and renovation needs.2. Managed and conducted sensory tests (e.g. landscaping, benchmarking, mapping), established preliminary flavour profiles for over 30 SKUs in Australasia market, and reported the findings within the context of project objectives and business goal.3. Conducted consumer surveys to understand local consumer habits toward tea drinks in AA region, interpret and formed conclusions to deliver direction and new opportunity for product development and renovation.

1. Investigated the effects of different milk components on the perception of tea flavour (aroma and taste) during oral consumption.2. Analysed experimental data and simulated the flavour profile of black and green tea drinks with addition of dairy milk.3. Modulated the interaction between milk and tea components to enhance the tea flavour in final products.
