My fascinating career has spanned over 45 years in various public sector senior positions in organizations that included the Israel Securities Authority/Shin Bet, Central Bank of Israel and Clalit Health Services. During this time, I have been privileged for the opportunity to have set up and managed complex projects, information systems and technological infrastructures.Driven by challenges and innovation, this distinctive experience has allowed me to acquire comprehensive, multidisciplinary managerial skills and expertise in the fields of financial and medical digitalization, cyber security, labor relations and negotiations, building construction and infrastructure.Among my notable achievements: Bank of Israel: Established the national credit database as part of my activities during the Bank's assessments of the Coronavirus crisis. Clalit Health Services • Initiated OFEK, the groundbreaking on-line information system containing computerized medical records that integrate information across hospital and community settings.• Founded the human resources grant for approx. 35,000 employees.For over four decades, I have strived to set a standard of excellence and commitment through transparency and approachability. I learned that flexible, open-minded leadership able to adapt to unpredictable transformations in our dynamic social and business environment is the foundation of any successful outcome.
