I have extensive experience in executing Project Planning and Management of EPC project. As part of the Project Management task, during engineering stage, I am responsible to coordinate, support and manage the engineering deliverable within inter discipline at EPC’s office in Japan, and also with affiliate satellite offices in Europe, Mumbai, Jakarta, Thailand and Malaysia. In addition to that, I also have been appointed as Project Risk Assessment Coordinator; to discuss, register & evaluate project risk between all parties; contractor, vendors and client. I also manage urgent site procurement, where I handle critical and urgent site purchase order requests, managing the entire process from quotation request, up to payment settlement. Furthermore, this does not only involve procurement management, but also communication with vendors, managing claims of equipment shortage/damage/warranty, rectification of equipment`s design error, and the most importantly, ensuring commercial contract compliance.
