Paradigm is a software company which offers products and services to companies involved in oil and gas exploration and production. Due to the nature of the business, the great majority of the company’s sales and user support are exported to companies worldwide.As President, I was responsible for the global P&L of the company. My responsibilities included the overall management of the company in Israel and abroad: Sales, technical services, customer support, marketing, R&D, finance, MIS, and Human Resources.During my tenure, Paradigm grew from a $3M company with 5 offices in 5 countries, to an $100M company, with 22 offices in 19 countries. In these years, the company’s profit grew from a loss of $1 million to $20M profit. During this time, the company acquired 5 companies which have been successfully integrated to the Paradigm global network.

Scitex-Europe was the marketing, sales and support branch of Scitex customers in Europe, with a sales range of $150 million annually. I was appointed to this emergency position by Scitex management to assist in the reconstruction of the operational and managerial infrastructure of Scitex Europe.

My responsibilities included: planning, purchasing, subcontracting, production, quality assurance, material and distribution in the company in the range of $160 million annually My achievements included:• Redefined the strategy, policy and work processes of the division that directly led to tremendous improvement in that division’s services toward customers and simultaneously reduced operational, purchasing and stock costs• Set up induction environment of excellence, achievement, team-work, tolerance and integrity• Integrated advanced management methods (TQM, TOC, JIT) throughout the company In addition, I was responsible for defining and implementing policies, processes and work planning in the areas of operation, distribution and sales in Israel and abroad
