As a PM, I was involved in several projects with final customers like Boheringer Ingelheim Human prescriptions Mexico and Boheringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, between my activities were:-Customer weekly status meeting -Tracking all WBS of tasks for each one of the projects-Lead 7 resources (Analysts, Developers and Testers) trough each one of the projects on my portfolio.-Document plans like communication plan, quality plan and track them.-Participate in design meetings about usability and development framework for the company.-Implement code templates and interface layouts for applications to reduce the time of programming.-Implement reusable libraries across the projects to reuse code.Some briefs about projects I has been involved:-INTEGRA.
