I am currently the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer & ESG of WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: WSC). WillScot Mobile Mini is the industry leader in providing modular workspace and storage solutions. We service diverse end markets across all sectors of the economy from a network of over 275 branch locations and additional drop lots throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.I joined WillScot in 2019 as VP, General Counsel and Secretary; following the merger between WillScot and Mobile Mini in 2020, I began serving as EVP, CHRO and ESG. In this role I led the creation of the entire HR department, establishing a best-in-class team of leaders for a range of essential functions. Within a year we successfully launched numerous enterprise-wide initiatives including a recognition platform, learning management system, charitable giving and volunteerism initiative, employee engagement survey strategy, comprehensive total rewards program and innovative new communication channels. Further, we introduced our ESG journey, Delivering Opportunity, to our global business. Our industry leadership position drives us to set the standard in ESG practices, as our opportunities for impact are significant. We are in the process of establishing meaningful goals for this part of our operations, designed to address areas from greenhouse gas emissions and waste to health and safety, equity, inclusion and diversity, and business ethics. Currently, I lead a team of professionals committed to ensuring excellence across the organization.
