• After being a Consultant for two years on Google Glass, I joined the team and pioneered Hardware's Human Factors (HF) program before it became a widespread discipline:

• Responsible for driving the human factors program at Plantronics: human factors/ ergonomics, user-interfaces, qualitative user-research and infrastructure development (processes, standards, protocols, best practices).
• Principal resource for human factors across all B2C product lines.
• Worked on headsets, phones and speakerphones, physical and graphic user-interfaces, out-of-the-box experience and user-guides to achieve simple and engaging designs.
• Built program infrastructure (processes, standards, protocols, best practices) and ensured design consistency across products.
• Advocated a user-centered approach among project core-teams in the US, Mexico and China.

• Responsible for cognitive and ergonomic assessment of educational products with children 6 months to 15 years old.
• Created test facility ‘up and running’ in 3 weeks. Amortized LeapFrog’s budget to build the facility within 10 months. Developed and implemented databases, test procedures, guidelines and test standards.
• Evangelized a strong user-centered vision for usability testing at LeapFrog.

• Responsible for facility’s budget, staff and schedule.

• The Cinbiose Group is an interdisciplinary research center focused on well-being, health, society and the environment. It is one of the satellite offices of the World Health Organization. Upon completing my Master's.
• Responsible for developing user-research using qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, time-motion analysis. Translated data into statistical information.
• Wrote end-user guidelines, trained end-users on the new program.
