After an 18 years aggressive profit & growth driven Business Management career it was the right time to move into a more soulfully fulfilling Non-Profit sector.MWF is a multinational non-profit Humanitarian Organisation with Head Office in the UK and branch offices throughout the world. With a vision to grow Corporate Social Responsibility agreements and expand fundraising portfolio of US & Canada market it seems to be the right challenge fit for my experience.Having had interest and volunteered in humanitarian / social justice activism causes throughout my working life, it is satisfying to be able to dedicate all my energy into making a positive difference in the non-profit sector.Our world today needs more help than ever before, there are more displaced human beings today than the world war era. Today's man made humanitarian crisis is unprecedented across the globe. More professionals from the profit driven sector need to share or dedicate their professional experience towards healing our world and giving something back.

After having established a dominating footprint of RGIS in Europe, of which BENELUX was my remit, my new assignment was to explore fresh untapped markets for growth and venture RGIS brand into countries like Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Turkey and the Middle East.During this assignment I explored all possibilities including Tax & Labour laws to develop business models and financial feasibility studies through which RGIS was most effectively able to enter and dominate a market swiftly. While developing relationships with newly acquired customers in Norway & Sweden I also conducted exhibitions and seminars generating awareness of our services within the retail sector in Norway. I secured Proof of Concept (POC) with potential customers in Turkey & Dubai and negotiated multinational blanket agreements involving these new markets. I was also lead responsible in planning, pricing and negotiating a service agreement involving our Inventory services between the British Government & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.I was also responsible for developing a new RGIS business model of FRANCHISING for hard to reach markets with huge investor interest and potential of brand globalisation.The entrepreneurial skills required in exploring new markets was a rare opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and venture into uncharted territories within a company that already dominates the global market.
