Operations Director, responsible for the elaboration and control of the annual Budget for all the departments that were part of Operations (Production Planning; Supply Chain; Quality; Information Systems). Responsible for continuously looking for strategic decisions that could improve the overall performance of this department and the overall performance of the organization.Besides being responsible for buying raw materials and contracting National and International transports, I was also responsible for delivering to our clients and to the International sites of the group, in Luanda (Angola) and São Paulo (Brazil) all the goods that were required, always having in mind the lowest transportation cost possible. I was responsible for the implementation of this department processes and for keeping them up to date. I was also responsible for the Stock Management, product availability and Warehouse Management.Other main task was to control the flux of all materials that were necessary to the Production Process, since Procurement and Buying till the supplies and expeditions, and to Ensure the effectiveness of the Supply Chain management and optimization of flows.Responsible for the implementation of Quality processes and procedures, that allowed the organization to become certified under the ISO9001:2008, as well as certifying the products that were produced, under the brand “ENEC”, in order to promote them in International Markets.Main achievements:- Service Level improvement- Lead Time reduction- Recurrent cost reduction- Level of Stock reduction- Customer Satisfaction Improvement- Improvement of on Time deliveries

Information Systems and Production Planning Director, responsible for securing that customer’s orders were satisfied in the normal lead time, coordinate the delivery from Production to the warehouse, selecting and managing the supplier base, and to keep negotiations active with them, always with the objective of finding better conditions. One strategic objective of this department, was always keeping clients up to date in what concerns to their orders, as well of being able to find strategic partners in which we could trust to outsource some Production. Responsible for the annual company inventory, managing all Information System and communications Department, and selecting new providers for hardware/software.
