• Increased SE team deal involvement with all AEs by 187% in my first two quarters leading the team vs. the previous two quarters.• Drove a team win rate of 57%, bringing in over 450+ opportunities in my first two quarters leading the team. The win rate without an SE on the deal over this period of time was 33%, a difference of 24%.• Created and formalized an entirely new request flow for AEs -> SEs using Slack that has since gotten 2.8k+ uses.• Sat on or was a decision-maker on the interview process for every single team member currently reporting to me in the pre-sales org.• Still juggled multiple AEs I was directly mapped to while I managed the SE team, keeping up a win rate of 65%.

As an Implementation Architect, my biggest responsibility was making sure our large-scale Enterprise customers successfully deployed Dropbox in their technical environments. My tasks on the job included working hand-in-hand with Solutions Architects to scope out the technical aspects of the prospect, walking through a full cycle of Dropbox Business implementation for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers (talking directly with CTOs/CISOs/CIOs/Director of IT), creating product and implementation assets that were distributable in nature to automate processes, leading internal onboarding workshops to educate on product implementation and product usage, close mentorship of other team members joining the immediate Implementation team, collecting, understanding, and iterating over customer feedback by working closely with and connecting the Product and Engineering team to the Architect organization with regular cadences and a strategic communication pipeline, and creating/running a new implementation program for our smaller customer segment.I also sat on several interview panels for new Dropbox hires and mentored employees requesting feedback on ongoing customer engagements and technical subjects.

Empowering customers to make roads safer and understand their drivers through mobile sensor technology. I led customers through product fit, brainstorming, integration, and any technical and support issues they had with our driving analytics platform. I was also in charge of product feedback, heavy technical writing and revamp, and ensuring that our technology left the customer and end user educated and excited. Mobile SDK technology, product roadmap, plugin development, speaking with executives and technical leads were some responsibilities that I had while at Zendrive.

• Project lead on porting systems-level design cross-device using RTL and Qsys and coordination of meetings and action items. Ported Wishbone/I2C 8-bit uC and CPLD to interface with Avalon Bus interface using Nios II soft processor.• Contributed from start to end on a low-precision neural network project using an Arria 10.• Performance analysis of hundreds of NN topology configurations on Arria 10.• Wrote Python and Bash script for internal tools to analyze 50,000+ classification possibilities.• Led weekly seminars to engineering team based on technologies we use during development.• Facilitated, ran, and documented C driver verification of PCIe hardware for internal IP project.• Organized FPGA equipment replacement for 3+ core UC Davis classes that totalled more than $20,000 in donations to the school.
