Land Systems Division Manager shall be responsible for the overall division set‐up, design, prototyping, production, quality control and delivery of the final products of this division.The Division Manager shall be involved in formulating the overall strategy for this division including CAPEX , Procurement, Recruitment, Production and Quality and Operational Processes .The Division Manager shall have extensive experience in various aspects of Land Systems, including deep understanding of armoring, tactical vehicles manufacturing, cross platform systems integration, peripherals and other relevant products within Land Systems area, including full product development and manufacturing cycle.• Managing the team and act as a key driver to meet objectives and success of the Land Systems Division.• To provide initial and continuous input to the division, in relation to the best practices and set‐up for a comprehensive Land Systems manufacturing facility including but not limited to armored vehicles.• To provide initial and continuous input to the division, in relation to the different machines required for its suitability, efficiency and cost.• To provide initial and continuous input to the division and working together with the Design Engineer and relevant department, for design and development of new products or systems.• Giving technical input on current and new products including mechanical and automotive calculations.• To give input on the design of different types of Land Systems and its components.• To assist in the procurement process including identifying operational requirements wrt Equipment• To be involved in sourcing, selection and negotiations with the relevant suppliers and OEM.HSE & QMS Systems.• Establish an R&D and Quality Control including advisory on the required test machines, gauges etc.• Relevant technical and operating experience within Land Systems environment.• Practical experience in Land Systems equipment Design and Manufacturing.

Summary Is accountable in delivering projects for the Company, with responsibility for the successful delivery of all elements, to specified levels of time, budget and quality. This will include implementation, development of existing provisions and general business development for the Company. Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Managing the PPC and Manufacturing Engineering departments to ensure that the project is in line according to the customers specs. Responsible in Project Planning Responsible in comprehensive project plans and documentation to enable the project to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones. Responsible in monitoring, measuring, reviewing and updating project process, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans and informing all relevant parties. To conduct an evaluation of the project and any follow-on action recommendations as required. Functions & Responsibilities:  Reporting to Plant Manager the role of the Production Manager oversees the production inputs of manpower. Materials and technical documents that guide the production. In addition, he also ensures that production.  Output will be delivered with high quality in a timely manner. He will be responsible for planning of all.  Production activities (fabrication and assembly) to meet predefined production schedules. Production. Manager will promote the value of championing the efficiency, productivity and affectivity in his Department. The ideal candidate should have significant functional, managerial experience in manufacturing.  Environment, preferably in the defense industry.
