- Develop functional and system design specifications for Chartis Select Claim Services.- Perform data mining on Chartis Select clients to identify trends, problems or opportunities to improve data integrity within Chartis top 100 gross written premium multinational clients.- Implement the use of technologies like Business Intelligence, Process Re-engineering, Total Quality Management and Knowledge Management to improve retention and customer satisfaction within Chartis Select clients.- Develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing and presenting data for Chartis Select Claim Services- Manage project scope and project deliverables for Chartis Select multinational projects.- Develop and document the “Current” and “To be” state of new clients for gap analysis and remediation strategies.- Managed project scope and project deliverables for multiples AIG Select multinational projects.- Developed and managed project roadmaps and management reporting.
