Leading global team of 11 lean experts.• Responsible for leading global deployment of Lean Management culture in Driveline Systems organization (10,000 employees, 7 manufacturing sites, 2 engineering centers, $5 billion USD annual revenue), focused primarily on Product Development and non-productive functions. • Deployed process improvement methodologies (i.e. Value-Stream Mapping, SIPOC, etc.) across productive and non-productive areas of the organization.• Implemented Agile Development framework in global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program, resulting in more timely delivery of new software features (from 12 months to ~6 weeks, an 88% improvement).• Implemented new Business Process Management system expected to reduce development costs by up to 50%, and significantly reduce quoting in record time from 6 months to 6 weeks (75% improvement).
