Frank Stanley has more than fifteen years of real estate experience focusing on complex industrial, land, and development projects through the U.S. and internationally. He also represents corporate clients in relocation and institutions in their multi-tenant, office, and residential requirements. He has also consulted on complex master-planned development communities. His core competencies include conducting area studies, researching market trends, project leasing, project marketing, and creating strategic business plans and processes. Mr. Stanley’s real estate knowledge is augmented by his expertise in transportation infrastructure, logistics, security, and human resources management, which he attained while serving in the U.S. Army.While at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Stanley and his team received the Industrial Brokerage Deal of the Year for 2005 and 2007. He has participated in the sale of more than 43,000 acres of land and in the lease of 2.9 million square feet of space. Mr. Stanley served in the U.S. Army both on active duty and the reserves for more than 31 years and is currently a Lieutenant Colonel assigned to the Pentagon. Mr. Stanley’s military duties have taken him across the United States, Europe, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. Mr. Stanley has consulted with U.S and foreign government officials on land usage potential, area infrastructure, and conducted area country studies and demographics. Mr. Stanley holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman’s license and is a member of the Houston Association of Real Estate, the Council of Logistics Management, and the U.S. Military Intelligence Association. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas and his Masters degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle, PA.
