Current• Draft and edit internal and external communications including but not limited to letters to the editors, bi-weekly internal and external newsletters, annual reports, and brochures. Provide research, writing, and copy editing for all externally-facing media and publications for development, health care services, and public affairs/organizing matters. Assist in providing strategy for litigation and crisis communications. • Draft press releases, press statements, op-eds, and media advisories. Field media inquiries, coordinate interviews for PPGP staff, draft talking points, and provide media training and interview preparation as needed. Maintain a media relations contact database and prepare significant media clip collections. • Develop and coordinate paid print, digital, and social media marketing and media-related campaigns for the affiliate, ensuring strategy for content, branding, and voice across all print and digital platforms. Coordinate, collate, and utilize various sources of health care, demographic, and market data and metrics to inform strategy and report on impact and effectiveness of various paid campaigns. • Manage and create content for ten+ social media platforms, c3/c4 email campaigns, c3/c4 English and Spanish websites, set up landing pages for fundraising or public policy activations, and manage paid social media campaigns. Achieved a total 1,509% increase in Instagram followers and a 709% increase in Facebook followers. Enhanced reach by 2,116% on Facebook and 1,504% on Instagram, and impressions on Twitter by 39.64m% through targeted content strategies, data-driven optimizations, and active community engagement.• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of email and social media campaigns, implement A/B email tests, develop and test strategies to increase response rates, and monitor benchmarks for measuring campaign impact.
