Recipient of 2014 FEMP Award and National Society of Black Engineers Boston Presidents Awards.From 2013 to 2015, I had the tremendous opportunity to serve as Lead Facilitator for the ConEdison Energy Storage Working Group. Prior to Viridity Energy, I led the sustainability/energy team at Gap International, a global consulting firm specializing in breakthrough leadership and co-founded Profitable Pathways to Sustainability with the National Academy of Natural Sciences.Two guiding principles I cherish: 1.) great leaders lead great conversations, not people 2.) lose yourself in the success of others and yours is guaranteed.I am also the Founder and Managing Director of Advanced Energy Agency, (AEA) a certified MBE consulting and media firm that builds leadership through multi-faceted disciplines, including stakeholder facilitation, storytelling, market strategy and leadership development of executives committed to solving our most critical energy challenges.
