DS World is the premier annual event for dental professionals, hosted annually by Dentsply Sirona. As a member of the DS World marketing team, I contributed to various marketing workstreams to draw close to 5000 attendees to the event. -Led exhibitor and sponsor campaign, driving a record $1.63 million in revenue, a 17% annual increase; achieved 25% more booth sales compared to the previous year.-Created and managed a dashboard highlighting goals and metrics related to attendee, exhibitor, and sponsorship campaigns.-Reported on campaign results and gave weekly presentations to leadership; used this data to adjust marketing strategy and drive registration in the sales field.-Edited and developed marketing collateral for dealers, exhibitors, sales representatives, social media, and mobile app.-Managed $12 million and $5 million budget for DS World and National Sales Meeting, respectively.-Researched competitive pricing of other major North American dental events; developed pricing structure for booths, sponsorships, and attendee categories.-Experienced in CVENT event management platform; managed attendees' registration and exhibitor lead capture integration within the program.-Main point of contact for event inquiries from attendees; guided a group of over 70 exhibiting companies and nearly 5000 attendees, coordinating their needs and requests.-Contributed to 2023 National Sales Meeting workstreams such as shipping, vendor management, registration, travel, and communications.

Participated in Dentsply Sirona’s inaugural early career program as an intern. Here, I shadowed members of the marketing and sales teams and received mentorship from senior leaders within the organization.-Received training on Dentsply Sirona’s imaging equipment, IOS devices, Sidexis software, and foundations of endodontics.-Participated in the product launch strategy of ProTaper Ultimate.-Observed online focus groups with dental professionals to better understand Dentsply Sirona’s customers.-Conducted marketing research of competing manufacturers and presented findings at completion of internship.
