Harshit has worked with Sleek subsidiary of Asian Paints as a supply chain manager where he was responsible for production capacity planning and raw material planning. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur. He has a keen interest in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, and Consulting.He was a student representative of SKEIN - The Operations and Supply Chain Management club of IIM Udaipur, where he provided a platform for the student community to hone their knowledge in the domain of Operations and Supply Chain Management. He was also responsible for planning and organizing the Operations and Supply Chain summit and events for the annual management fest.Previously, Harshit has worked with Jindal Stainless Hisar Limited where he has worked on Drives and PLC, and has performed preventive, proactive and emergency maintenance activities. He was also responsible for the inventory management of electrical equipments. He has led a team of 7+ members for process improvement projects.He graduated with a degree in bachelor in technology in Electronics Instrumentation and Control from YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad. During his time there, he was the senior coordinator of samarpan - The technical Club of YMCA UST, where he hosted and organized multiple competing events, including robotics and photography like groupfie and techrace.He loves to play Cricket and Table Tennis. He is also passionate about providing education; taught poor children primary school subjects and provided them books free of cost.
