IPR and military export compliance over the years.Do also have experience with compliance/governance, security (defense segment), consulting and have - besides "general lawyering" - been working as a diplomat, officer, educator, senior IPR expert (EUC), procuration holder, board member, administrator - i.e. an operational "jack-of-all-trades" with a flair for corporate challenges. Extensive experience with all aspects of providing IPR solutions to design- and/or manufacturing companies (both BtB and BtC). Experience with a.o. international IPR strategies and implementation, international IPR enforcement, China legal challenges and solutions, contract drafting, all kinds of negotiations, corporate law (establishment, liquidation, M&A) and IT law. I find people management very enjoyable and - mostly - rewarding on a personal level; especially making a real difference for my employees, succeeding in obtaining team-goals with other knowledge workers and performing international co-operation activities.
