Once buy-in was achieved from executives, project managed the entire life-cycle to completion, controlling budgets, risks and issues. The project delivered within budget and on-time. This solution also mitigated the risk of Mantra providing credit direct to clients.● Undertook a high profile campaign that successfully affected a u-turn by Mantra’s banking facility not to offer PDQ credit card facilities.● Achieved media coverage in Cosmo Brides and was listed in the Business Travel World’s, Leading TMCs Supplement in 2005.● Managed a $1.6m travel account for Gizmondo.
