* Led the onsite start-up effort of Snapple-a-Day at Ameripec, systematically working through a number of difficult facility, package and organizational issues, for an effective commercial start-up. * Built on the Snapple-a-Day at Ameripec experience to facilitate putting together a project for opening an east coast site at Williamson to reduce freight cost. * Worked closely with the project team to develop molds and associated machinery for bottle production and filling of 32-ounce Snapple at Aspers, significantly reducing product cost. * Worked with the engineering team to prepare an appropriation grade estimate for Snapple-a-Day multi-packs. Also developed a manual method for producing the product on an interim basis to get the product to market several months more ahead of time.
