- Managed an in-house innovation office alongside an American "co-building" technology and innovation company to penetrate an exponential opportunity; the result was Inquari/Tradera, Inc., a tech startup.- Co-founded Inquari, a digital platform that connects critical players within the sugar industry and allows better traceability of raw materials across their supply chains.- Led product development through the Sprint Planning during phases 2 and 3 of the Inquari project, conceptualizing and releasing two of the three current selling points for the project.- Instituted Inquari's Quality Control tracking and upkeep, which has improved the resolving of coding and design errors in each week's Sprint Planning by a range of approximately 100 to 200 percent.- Laid out and implemented the analytical tools and metrics used to assess Inquari's customer pool, client retention, platform performance, among others.- Developed and optimized the onboarding process for new clients currently being used at Inquari.- Coordinated with marketing roles to design and distribute marketing material to target clients.- Developed and oversaw a strategic plan to begin the organic sugar program at the mill by leading all teams to secure an additional revenue of 200 USD per metric ton of organic sugar.- Analyzed and contributed to designing a real estate master plan covering almost 201.4 hectares of land; outlined around the idea of "sustainable communities" through meticulous urban planning.- Set up a strategic alliance in Panama to develop a distilled spirit, using alcohol from our distillery, that holds a proud Guatemalan identity and reflects the values of a family-owned business.

- Conducted the Logistics and Supply Chain Management for 16 clients in Jamaica, Trinidad, and Suriname by optimally managing the transportation, storage, distribution, and warehousing of the finished goods (different types of sugar).- Managed a sustainability campaign alongside Kellogg's USA/Canada/Ecuador, Proforest, and our suppliers in Latin America to help Kellogg's meet its sustainability and traceability goals.- Assisted in executing the firm's projects by working as a team with engineers to properly budget costs.- Analyzed and researched possible organic sugar opportunities in Guatemala and Colombia and prepared a pitch for sugar mills.- Worked closely with FEMSA Mexico/Venezuela to optimize Venezuela operations.
