For the better part of a decade I've worked in the hospitality industry as a server at some of the top restaurants in Los Angeles. Throughout my tenure I've discovered the job in its purest form is simply listening, connecting and collaborating with other people. Some want to be guided through and experience in a collaborative, others want their choices reaffirmed. Some want extensive knowledge about what they are getting, and others simply want to be surprised by what dishes arrive.Outside of service I've been fortunate to work several production positions including casting, art department and as a production assistant. The common thread in my varied background has always been helping others achieve their goals, and this is the type of work I'd like to continue.
