I'm part of a team that is responsible for a correct way of processing sales orders and monitors everything that might affect in a negative way a smooth transition from processing a sales order till arrival of goods at customers. For example, is the original planned date still accurate or do we have delays? If..we take internal measures to solve, if not possible, we make sure that we inform the customer. Furthermore the team supports the Sales team and all other internal customers where required. My specific role is coaching the team on a Senior level and keep the department operational
