Vendor Production Services: Managing a pipeline of approximately 1700-1900 active files a day in all 50 states for multiple clients within the company. Working with independent contractors to meet each client’s SLA while building meaningful relationships with client and vendors. Currently working on a project to revamp a workflow that has not been amended in 10 years.

Lead the channel and team in maintaining quality, change management, new state integration, and documentation of standard operating procedures. A big win in this role was bringing Florida into NPS. It had ben attempted by others twice before. Within the first four months, the TAT was down from 12 days (pre-NPS) to 5 days and maintained 90-95% quality. I also lead training sessions called “Title Talks” for the International Staff which covered topics and questions the staff across multiple channels had on title topics (i.e. waterways, access rights, etc.). The training aimed to increase comprehension of basic title topics and why they are important to title insurance (i.e. why we cover, consequences of missing, how it effects property, etc.). Presentations started when I was in the Senior Business Analyst position.Successes: - Integrate FL into production (April 2017). Assisted in bringing TAT from an average of 12 days to an average of 5 days while also maintaining quality- Integrate VA/DC into production (June 2017).

Centralized analytics for fifteen states using seven US direct reports and sixteen international team members. Part of my role was to lead the efforts in standardizing processes where possible amongst the states. My team also implemented and documented Underwriting Memos and Claims Prevention initiatives to make sure that all states were complying. We also lead the projects to onboard new states and set up all items that were needed to produce work: workflow, SOP, training, code creation, cost center creation, etc.

My team monitored the Standard Operating Procedures to maintain an exceptional quality rate while also identifying and implementing process improvements. With teams in multiple countries and the different lingo used state to state, the SOP had to be clear to all who read it. Pulled data related to errors and analyzed for trends and areas of improvement. Number of states covered grew from eight to fifteen within this time frame.
