• Create annual audit plan for both internal and external audits (i.e., Ford GAO and Koç Holding Audit Teams) based on risk assessment and Senior Management requests with the help of other team members (Internal and external audit plans are subject to Ford Otosan Audit Committee approval),• Plan the details of each internal audit (prepare checklists, organize necessary meetings, make resource planning with the available internal auditors, manage audit timings, etc.),• Lead internal audit activities in the company in line with the annual audit plan; publish internal audit reports to highlight process deficiencies, improvement requirements and recommend methodology for solutions,• Plan and allocate necessary resources to investigate ethical breach incidents (e.g., fraud, misconduct); gather information from relevant personnel/systems, analyse the data and report evidence/findings to Senior Management for decision making,• Support Ford GAO (General Auditors Office), Koç Holding Audit Team and Independent Auditor to determine audit areas/subjects; assist the auditors throughout the process and ensure the corrective actions are implemented,• Prepare Audit Committee, Internal Audit and Ethics Committee presentations and follow-up assignments,• Develop/update risk assurance map, coordinate the mutual studies w/ Internal Control, Compliance, Risk Management, and IT Control teams,• Develop/update fraud risk assessment study,• Conduct annual quality assessment for internal audit activities.
