Met for initial consultation with potential clients to determine type of case and potential, gathered retainers, balanced trust accounts based on billable hours determined by attorneys and paralegals. Managed attorneys and paralegals billable hours as set forth in retainer and attorney client agreements.

Accompanied the President in a large scale lending institution implementing and providing Regulations A-Z, Privacy Act, and all other newly established laws pertaining to those working in the lending industry learn new laws, show competency, and test out of new compliance standards for continued employment. Dissecting the technical and legal langauges set forth in all regulations, I designed the information accordingly into e-learning and visual representation and finally created standardized testing measures to ensure curriculum and content met all needs across the board.

With 5 private ciminal defense attorneys who focused on high profile death penalty cases, we started the firm in 2001 from ground up. Such criminal case loads equaled enormous amounts of discovery which were obtained weekly and often daily from country attorneys office, reviewed, and constructed into case files for each client. Various pleadings and letters to opposing counsel, depending on stage in were a daily part of the routine as well as meeting with families, witnesses, detectives, and other interested parties in each case. Calendaring each deadline with the courts, opposing counsel, attorneys and all parties was also demanded daily to ensure effective communication and organization of sensitive matters.

Worked with Superior Court Judge as Bailiff and Judicial Assistant in the criminal division conducting many hearings, trials, and sensitive sessions with attorneys, clients and interested parties. During trial, I gathered jurors, settled into the courtroom and covered expectations and importance of maintaining their civic duty before arrival of Judge and parties involved. Assisted counsel with seperation of witnesses in sensitive cases and watched for any behaviors during tense portions of trials that required deputy restraints. Conducted sentencings, probation violations, and various hearings on a daily calnedar before starting trials most days. Our division pioneered the first electronic courtroom in the Superior Courthouse. While we rotated to family court bench and learned the new courtroom technology, I trained the divion bailiffs and assistants in using it as well.
