Project Kick-Off Lead
Current- Processing of Client Construction CAD and Plans for accuracy and consistency- Report job discrepancies in a timely manner to team leads and management- Reviewing Survey data to provide Structural certifications- Communicating with Clients for additional company needs and project updates- Complete drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget, and schedule; reviewing own work for completeness and accuracy according to company QA/QC and CAD standards- Use field crew data files (CSV & job files), field sketches, photos, and reference maps to create surveys- Verify completeness and suitability of survey data as it pertains to project deliverables- Serve as a resource for design staff as it pertains to drafting practices and procedures.- Communicate with Project Managers, field crews, and Team Leaders on workflow status in order to meet chargeability goals.- Analyze technical problems; devise new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions; and communicate those to supervisor for approval and implementation
