-Analyzed economic indicators for Beaufort County Economic Development to assess county-wide problems and construct data-driven strategies for reinvigorating the local economy. -Wrote grant applications to the Golden Leaf Foundation on behalf of Aurora, NC that would eventually result in the investment of $1,000,000 in foundation funds for the development of a Business Park projected to generate dozens of jobs for the region and a sizable increase in the towns taxable income base. -Managed the BIG grant for the Marina in Bath, NC by working with state and federal agencies on the potential investment of $250,000 to improve the infrastructure of the towns docks which would fuel investment and job creation in the region. -Secured the counties spot in the ReConnect for Economic Opportunity program, designed to highlight strategies for rural economic development and shine the spotlight on some of the County’s most promising initiatives. -Met frequently with county business owners to develop strategies to promote their businesses and advocate to county leaders programs that could improve financial outcomes for county business.

-Worked in conjunction with the Univerzita Karlova and Masaryk Democratic Academy on the analysis of European Union electoral data in an effort to make statistical inferences for the 2019 EU Parliamentary elections.-Analyzed over 4000 European Union Historical Archive entries in order to construct a detailed account of the partisan shifts of the body over its 67 year history. -Wrote detailed policy briefs for each of the parties standing for parliamentary elections to examine shifts in policy preferences with a specific emphasis on parties associated with the “far right” of European politics.
