Responsibilities include defining system requirements, designing screens, conducting testing, and offering user support. Key duties involve representing Sales in Information System projects, staying informed about business needs, and serving as the Sales expert on IT projects. Analyzing user needs, ensure system functionality and compliance, and collaborate with Sales Management for ongoing support and enhancements.
