Job scope • Utilize customer package and create the Process management Plan.• Handle Customer Complaints.• Analyze product defect and justify finding on the defect. Propose improvement action to achieve better quality.• Monitor process yield throughout the line, recognize and help solve the yield decreasing problem and implement internal corrective action.• Measuring and controlling quality by monitoring the solder paste printing/process using SPC.• Perform NPI and FAI Report for new models or products.• Coordinate with internal department as well as customers to ensure a smooth work flow on each process.• Follow up on the ECO implementation.• Process control for SMT PCBA assembly for medical equipment/ product.• Provide FAI to customer Quality team (NPI).• Continuous communication with customer to get better understanding on their requirements (Email and Conference Call).• Lead validation protocol & reports (IQ, OQ and PQ) for new product.• Involve in kaizen activities.• Perform root cause analysis and containment action in the event of Product Quality (Low Yields, Quality Reject, Product failures, etc.).• Trouble-shoot, analyze and resolve Process & Product related failures.• Ensure all the procedure and guidelines are being followed and executed in proper manner to ensure total quality control.• Ensure all quality assurance compliance to ISO13485• Prepare & submit Technical Reports related to Product Quality Issue, Product Improvement, etc.• Prepare and maintain process documents:o Process management plano Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA)o Validation master plan (VMP)• Other duties upon request by superior from time to timeo SPI Programming and Fine-tuningo AOI Programming and Fine-Tuning
