Drove P&L responsibilities for the Data Center Solutions & AC Critical Power business of $550m. Hammad & his team were responsible for selling complex systems and full solution packages of electrification products into data centers, hospitals, and airports globally covering NAM, EMEA and Asia. Responsible for commercial growth of GE’s ASEAN region of $3B by developing and selling "Full Solution Packages" including GE digital offerings to National Oil Companies (NOCs) , healthcare facilities and power utilities Drove ’15 & '16 ASEAN growth funding programs resulting in $100M+ orders. Growth programs included: special locomotives in Thailand & Indonesia + bigger wind turbines in Philippines

. After graduating from the business school, joined GE via one of its most prestigious and selective leadership program . Effectively led several Power & Water M&A transactions, JVs and strategic initiatives ($5m to $3B) across different GE industrial businesses in North America, EMEA and Asia• Developed and presented annual “Strategic M&A Gameboard Plan” for GE Water and for GE Reciprocating Gas Engines businesses to senior GE Officers • Responsible for business development for $2.2B GE Water & Process Technologies business. Executed the plan by strategically divesting non-core water assets in North America, Caribbean, South Africa and Saudi Arabia and by acquiring globally in anaerobic digestion, water filtration & specialty chemicals segments
