My main responsibilities were to perform Quantitative and qualitative bio analysis of small and large therapeutic drug candidates and biomarkers, ranging from classic small molecules, protein-protein inhibitors, targeted protein degraders and large molecules such as antibodies and biomarkers. This included planning and execution of laboratory experiments (sample preparation, method development, acquisition on LC-MS and data analysis), followed by reporting and documentation in Excel and ELN.Most of my work was done on In Vivo samples in Whole Blood, Plasma and serum. But also, measurements of sample concentration in skin biopsies and media were a part of the work. On occasions also in Urine, Liver and Spleen. I also did some In vitro metabolic stability assays in Liver microsomes and Blood. Working with Robots for sample preparation was an incorporated part, although some were also done by hand.So was delivering Dose solutions and labelled Samplecontainers to the Animal Facility and sample receiving and handling from Animal Facility and CRO's.Another key part of my role in DMPK was as responsible for equipment. Keeping things running on daily basis by problem-solving, small repairs and maintains.Also by being, key contact to vendors, a helping hand for colleges in need and responsibility for installation of new equipment ranging from minor lab. equipment to LC-MS'es.Minor responsibilities were° Chemically stability.° QC check of new compounds - Structure identification and purity - before storing in Compound management.° Chiral analysis on SFC. Semiprep and analytical.° Problem solving and maintenance on Open Acces LC-MS systems used by MedChem.

Autogenerated result report.° Install and perform HTS screening of NCE's on LC-MS with auto generated result report.° Install open acces LC-MS with auto generated result report.° Quantification and structure elucidation of impurities.° Purification of small molecules using RP and NP LC, LC-MS.° Characterization of compound structure using X-ray Powder Diffraction and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
