• Determining and executing monthly and annual budget, strategy and action plan to achieve the established long term sales goals.• Successfully approaching & closing corporate deals with major hotels & hospitals.• Making sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers Ensuring that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, , sales, and within the given time scales • Analyzing the customers’ trends and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.• Maintaining strong knowledge of market through research.• Constantly reviewing distributor's performance and monitor their work and reporting directly to the management.• Developing and managing appropriate metrics and systems for forecasting and reporting on sales.• Identifying new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different channels.• Planning, designing, developing and implementing different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.• Managing, monitoring & training a team of sales reps by defining a clear sales process.• Taking initiatives and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.• Managing the products in stock.

• Perform the process of Export LCs, Documentary Collections (Import & Export), bill discounting under Export LCs, analyzed bills under inward Documentary Collections, Shipping Guarantees under inward Documentary Collections and Form 4.• Prepare Swift messages and other correspondence.• Keep abreast of new international trade developments (ICC rules & opinions).• Prepare all activities to issue, amend, settle and cancel import LCs.• Examination of all documents (Commercial & Financial) presented under the import and export LCs in accordance with ICC rules and the international standard banking practice.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements governing import and export (economic sanctions and trade embargoes included) as well as bank's approved policies and procedures.• Participate in the implementation of the new systems.• Handle minor internals and customer inquiries and complaints.• Negotiate the shipping documents and Transfers.• Prepare the monthly ,weekly and daily reports related to Central Bank of Egypt as well as review the internal reports to make sure that the balance , expiry date and due dates are conformity with the files.• Prepare CBE, Risk Management, Ministry of Finance, Foreign Relations and other periodic reports.• Participate in preparing reports for achieving the yearly objectives of the unit. • Ensure customer service accuracy, quality and time delivery of these activities is maintained.

• Manage business operations in the field of import and export of used car spare-parts.• Manage clients’ service, sales, purchasing and accounting processes. • Deal with the wholesale markets in Italy and Romania for import.• Supervise all required documents and clearance for the shipment from customs. • Distribute the spare parts to the wholesale market in Egypt.

• Follow up on the production of flyers, invitations, presentations, marketing materials for various events.• Coordinate Business Printing work with Vendors, maintain quality of final products.• Interact with customers and assist them with any questions they have about product performance, pricing, event info, etc.• Coordinate Company participation at various industry trades shows, working with booth vendors and event planners.• Maintain and help grow the company brand in all work products.• Coordinate with Managers on status of campaigns, helping out with campaigns administrative tasks when required.• Maintain Client database.• Assist the GM with business presentations.• Assist various departments with miscellaneous tasks.
