Reporting- Compile and prepare Department Budget on quarter and annual budget. - Keep track of actual expenditure in line with budget and alert Sales Manager on time for adjustments.- Consolidate sales report following company standard.- Calculate sales staff commissions.Order process- Mainly in charge of preparing domestic orders.- Directly in cooperation with Thailand Suppliers.- Draft contract for final approval from Finance Department - In charge of import documents and payment (Letter of Credit/ LC)Other assigned tasks:- Support personal recruitment for the department.- Coordinate order as a backup while staff shortage- Check internal documents, invoices

- Processing order and reporting weekly- Handling customers’ complaints- Proposing and planning for promotions and event- Proposing import and manufacture orders based on sale report- In charge product picture and design for band’s media (banner, standee, facebook, …)- Operating and developing the company’s available e-commerce such as Leflair.vn, Yes24.vn, …- Searching and expend new e-commerce for the company as Adayroi, Shopee, Tiki, …- Building and designing for brand’s fan page and website
