  As part of my Marketing Perspective course, five other students and I created a marketing proposal for the National Museum of Scotland to improve engagement level within a particular segment of their customer base. We evaluated the museum's current strategy as well as the characteristics of their customer segments, then decided on a specific segment the museum could be more appealing to. We then made recommendation regarding implication of up-to-date technology, better communication, more efficient customer journey map to draw in and retain customers. Our proposal was awarded a mark of 80%
