Developed middleware for the launch of a major international airline's website to allow online air travel reservation and ticketing.Performed business process analysis and established business contingency plans and event management (crisis simulation) procedures for a major international airline. These plans were later used by the airline to continue operations during the loss of critical telecommunications infrastructure. Led an international team in data collection and analysis efforts for international airlines and airports as part of their business contingency planning efforts. I worked directly with air transportation executives and senior foreign government and military officials to coordinate these efforts. I also gave multiple presentations to an audience of several hundred people including news media, and facilitated training seminars to educate the audience on our efforts, in both English and Japanese.
