    I completed 12 months working within the Strategy and Insight department. The department’s primary function was to answer business critical questions through quality and in-depth customer research. Key Achievements and Responsibilities:• Launched BSkyB’s new online community and research panel ‘LoungeLab’. Within the first four weeks of my placement, I was delegated primary responsibility for the organisation and support of the panel. I received an award and was commended for my dedication and infallible attitude.• My two-team members and I won a ‘Believe in Better’ award for outstanding work voted for my colleagues across the company.• Contributed as part of the Strategy and Insight team winning the 2013 Market Research Society (MRS) award for Best In-House Research Team. • Undertook primary role in digital revamping of ‘Loungelab’ and subsequent re-launching of associated monthly newsletter.• Created the overall strategy and content for email communications sent to both current members of ‘LoungeLab’, as well as promotional content sent to customers and prospective customers encouraging sign up to the panel. Increased members from a base of 3000 to circa 15,000 in the first 12 months.• Management of monthly training events for BSkyB employees. Successfully increased the number of staff attending the events by 50% within 6 months. • Project managed full service qualitative and quantitative research projects from internal clients across the BSkyB business, commissioning projects from CEO to executive level. This included pre and post campaign tracking, and presenting the insights and actions derived from the findings back to the business.• Assisted in relationship building and the daily management of primary external agency.• Co-ordinated Customer Immersion sessions (focus groups) for BSkyB’s key stakeholders and customers.• Designed and built the team’s intranet page to promote our skills to the wider business.
