Lead and mentored a team of six research associates and two senior scientists to establish multiple new research platforms to deliver key mode of action insights for key technology leads in supporting publications, patent filings, and regulatory submissions.My team successfully established new research platforms for cell type specific global expression profiling, high throughput RNA-Seq, and chromatin immune-precipitation, and found multiple novel ways to deploy leverage new technologies to cut cycle time and costs. Orchestrated a broad range of research projects, in many cases in collaboration with external industry partners. Oversight included multiple large scale experimental efforts including multiple teams that spanned months of integrated experimentation; the results of which became the foundation for the technology platform that was acquired by Koch Industries in 2014.
