My main responsibility as the Customer Service Product Manager is to empower end users to help them solve problems associated with their orders without having to contact a support agent. This is achieved by customizing a Delivery Hero tool called Help Center. I built the module roadmap according to several OKRs defined by the company and this led to different initiatives such as “missing items”, which lets users get refunds for items within orders that didn’t arrive. This functionality decreased the opened cases by 3%. Another functionality is the fraudulent user deflection. This has helped decreasing contacts from abusive users, letting our support agents focus on real problems. This functionality decreased the opened cases by 7%, saving the company about € 17000 per month. I am also in charge of defining the roadmap for a tool called “customer rider chat”, that allows customers waiting for their orders to communicate with the delivery boy assigned in order to clarify doubts or send warnings about the destination without the need of a support agent as an intermediary.

My duties were keeping the team focus during the Sprints, so we could achieve the proposed objectives, following the methodological and technical rules set by the corporation.I was also responsible for writing technical stories and refining them with the rest of the team, keeping track and priorizing the technical debt backlog.
