CurrentAs a Product Solution Manager, I have successfully led and managed cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business unit revenue growth. My responsibilities include:• Developing and executing product go-to-market strategies that align with business goals and drive market differentiation.• Collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners to understand market trends and identify opportunities for product roadmap and prioritize feature development, while managing projected cost structures to maintain margins.• Acting as the primary technical liaison between the company and key account teams, ensuring their customer needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into product development.• Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, and developing migration paths from legacy platforms to modern, cloud-based solutions.• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.• Engaging with Service and Support teams to get feedback on pre- and post-deployment issues and implementing remedial plans as necessary. • Preparing and presenting business cases for new product development opportunities, including RFP/RFQ responses, and driving negotiations with customers and partners.
