(2010 – 2011) Set up full office solution including network, wireless, and security along with hardware and software installations.Client: Prince Street Capital (2009 – 2010) Brought on board as contract network and IT infrastructure project manager.  Utilized extensive knowledge of hardware and various networking systems to oversee the timeframe and budget for installation of new state-of-the-art server room as well as the transition of all communication lines, including Bloomberg, T1, T3, and POTS lines. Analyzed, formulated and executed security policy for office and employees. Seamlessly guided the transition from one office to the other with no communication or operational interruptions. Traveled to Singapore to upgrade network and systems architecture to ensure optimal productivity and availability and integration with New York office

Managed annual operating budgets and increased the number of construction projects under my management from three to eight with corresponding expense budgets increasing from $40M to $150M. Designed an automated Project Management System. Directed the activities of approximately 30 staff located regionally and in Moscow.  Concurrently oversaw the purchase and management of a $12M office building.  Navigated the challenges presented by the Eastern European business culture to successfully direct four high-profile construction projects. Created budget, timeframe and milestones including critical path for a total of 650.000 square feet of construction. Configured online tracking and reporting system for projects including budgets, schedules and reporting to convey up to date information easily and efficiently to an international team. Successfully delivered two projects, representing approximately $60M of total portfolio, on time and under budget, despite the looming economic crisis in Russia that halted all construction in late 2008.
