Retail Experience in PANDORA is about taking our store concept to market and enabling functions globally to deliver great customer experience, through the design of our concept stores. As Retail Experience Manager, I use my architectural background and year-long experience in retail design to define the framework of how we design our stores globally.The backbone of this framework is the thorough and user friendly store design guidelines, which I develop to explain our concept all the way from idea to execution and from design to construction. The guidelines do not stand alone but are followed by a train-the-trainer program which I facilitate (in our regional offices) to enable our Store Planning teams to cascade the store concept principle throughout the organization. For stores in flagship locations, we want to offer our customer an extraordinary experience. As Retail Experience Manager I’m furthermore responsible for our concept+ which contains special fixtures and features to enhance the store design. As an Architect I am able to deep dive into the design of these special projects and together with internal and external partners create that extraordinary customer experience.

Consistency & Training is a function within Group SDP that drives global consistency in the PANDORA store design. This is done through communication and training both internally and towards our markets. By studying the store design and how the concept is implemented we get a great understanding of our markets and what makes our concept successful. This knowledge, combined with feedback gained through market visits, allow us to optimize the implementation of the concept and secure a superior branded environment and consumer experience.

Pandora Asia-Pacific is the Hong Kong based subsidiary of the PANDORA Group and is handling the distribution of PANDORA products throughout the Asian region. Stationed in Hong Kong I am a part of the local Store Design and Planning team partaking in the management of the regional store roll-out. With my HQ background I’m supporting the team in implementing our new global store design concept, building the supporting platform and designing flagship stores.

I am part of a Store Design and Planning team at Pandora, Group Retail. As a project manager in a HQ position I have much focus on development and maintenance of the Pandora store design concept. That involves everything from developing guidelines to the procurement of furniture. Besides the planning and development, I am designing stores and supporting the roll out in some of Pandora's key markets. My main focus areas are: Asian Pacific region, Australia/ New Zeeland and Europe. Supporting those markets and ensuring the global alignment, gives me an opportunity to use my communication skills and cultural insight as well as the experience I have gained from the recent stationing in Hong Kong. Parallel to the general roll out of stores in these specific regions I am also working on flagship stores in highstreet location throughout the world. Also here I leverage on my architectural background, when special attention is needed to give the store visual impact and a superior customer experience.

Norus Arkitekter is a small, local founded drawing office situated near Copenhagen. It has a narrow portfolio of clients and a project range from residential to smaller industry and public buildings. As an architect at Norus Arkitekter the daily work has a wide focus going from design, to budgeting, planning, construction site visits and meetings with clients, landlords, contractors etc.. Hands-on experience and field work are the keywords when describing an architect at Norus Arkitekter.

IC Companys A/S is a Danish listed group formed in 2001 by the merger of Carli Gry International A/S and InWear Group A/S. IC Companys run and develop a group of strong and independent international fashion brands. As a technical designer in IC Companys the main objective was together with the various project managers, to design stores for the different brands around the world. Besides the technical knowledge and computer skills a lot of my team spirit and can-do attitude came to play.
