Social Emotional Learning Coach for the East Allen County School district where I help both adults and children build and strengthen skills in mindset, collaboration, critical-thinking, insight and self-regulation. High-level executive management to the Chief Executive Officer including developing presentations, governance documents, and coordination of meetings to bring multiple parties together for collaboration. I worked closely with our Board of 18 Directors, Officers and 9 Committees by developing correspondence materials, attending meetings and preparing official minutes of such meetings. I worked closely with landscape architects to develop yearly bid packets for the parks maintenance. I have 6 years of experience working with various landscape maintenance companies for the landscape, irrigation, and SplashPad fountain maintenance.
