Site Manager at the Bear Grylls Adventure for Magic Memories Group Ltd, the global leader in capturing once in a lifetime moments for attractions around the globe. I managed the photography department of the attraction. The Bear Grylls Adventure is a team-building expedition at The NEC, where guests can test their limits and take part in mental and physical challenges including iFly Indoor Skydiving, High ropes, Diving and Archery alongside many more activities. I was responsible for my departments sales, staff, capture points, template design, print and photo products throughout the attraction alongside cash handling, scheduling and training.

I started my career as a designer and promoted to a design manager in 2015, managing the design & creative execution the company were involved in. I worked with a large in-house team of concept artists, 3D modellers, graphic designers & draftsmen. I had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most exciting international companies and IP's on a range of projects from world-class theme parks & resorts, visitor attractions, festivals & many more, ensuring the clients’ needs were creatively met. During my time at Scruffy Dog I was responsible for creating concepts, storyboarding, 3D design, creating print ready files along with attending meetings and taking full project ownership as a design manager.
