Responsible for all the quality processes of the manufacturing process including thequality of raw material (Active and excipients), finished goods (tablets, capsules and drySuspension).• Responsible for Quality of purified water by conducting Qualitative and Qualitativeanalysis.• Collecting samples, analyzing and labeling raw materials, finished goods, andtesting samples from all phases of manufacturing process with the goal of determining if thesubstances meet the standards and requirements (BP-USP and IH).• Responsible for calibration of instruments of analysis (HPLC/UV/DissolutionTester/Disintegration Tester/Friability Tester/Moisture Analyzer and Balance) in complaint working status which produce reliable data efficiently.• Preparing technical documents that report the results of the laboratory daily work.• Preparing and Reviewing SOPs for Instruments and Method of Procedures.

• Maintained, revised and updated the laboratory’s quality assurancemanual, standard operating procedures and other quality documents.• Collecting samples from all phases of purification process with the goalof determining if the sample meets the requirements.• Performed analytical tests(Qualitative, Quantitative and MicrobiologicalTests) in the laboratory as assigned by the laboratory manager and immediatelyreport any problem with tests, equipments or results.• Reviewed quality assurance analytical reports.• Obtained lab certifications and completed the quality assurance and quality control assignments

• Responsible for sample collection and analysis from all manufacturing phasesand processes.• Responsible for water unit treatment and checking that water is proper to use inmanufacturing by making routine physical and chemical analysis.• Perform daily calibration for equipments (conductivity, PH meter).• Preparing and reviewing analytical reports.
