Hiba is based out of the company's National Corporate Headquarters Office in San Diego, California. Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC is a national institutional Qualified Intermediary that administers all types of 1031 Exchanges in all 50 states as well as foreign property exchanges. Exeter 1031 is one of the few Qualified Intermediaries that has any kind of government oversight. Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC deposits, holds and safeguards clients' 1031 Exchange funds in separate, segregated Qualified Trust Accounts with Exeter Trust Company.
